The A. A. Murder Case (1997)
Released, supposedly recovered sociopath attends AA meetings and targets members
as victims, leaving the victim's A.A. chip as his trademark.
The Pink Sky (2001)
"Now, Alfred J. Kiggins hits one out of the park
with The Pink Sky. The story of alternative love gone tragically wrong. Leslie
Haines is a pilot for a charter airline flying between London and New York.
Haines resides with his lawyer-lover, Bruce Bannis, in Long Island. Haines also
maintains a gay interracial relationship in London. Notified that he is HIV
positive, his London lover commits suicide. Devastated, Haines returns to New
York to discover that Bruce has been unfaithful. Haines strangles the smug
attorney in an ancient thugee Indian murder ritual. He leaves a note confessing
to the murder which also informs the authorities of his plan to crash Flight 718
into the Atlantic Ocean the next day. By the time the authorities discover the
body, Flight 718 is in the air. Midway into the flight, Haines murders the
Captain and starts his descent into the dark waters of the Atlantic.
The story is complicated by the importance of the diverse passenger list aboard Flight 718, including federal agents and Catholic nuns. As a result, what follows is a massive cover up by the United States Government - - until a conscious stricken attorney tips off the Vatican and the political battle heats up. A surprise visit by Andrew Cunanan as the story winds down." -- Amazon.com
