| "Literature has molded
me as a writer. From a young age I was writing plays and poetry and
reporting for school papers. I read
Bram Stoker's Dracula and I discovered I really loved to read
scary things and a lifelong fascination of vampires and the
supernatural. I am a student of the metaphysical and have also been
influenced by Edgar Cayce and Kathleen Tucci. My Greek
heritage has also been a great motivation - a love of life, a
different culture and religion have shown me there are other worlds
and cultures out there. I am also a student of languages. Music has
always been a part of me - I wanted to be an opera singer at one
time, attending a conservatory of music until I came to my senses
and switched to literary pursuits. My poetry has been described as
metaphysical, with subjects as past lives, and the unknown. My
friends who are new authors have also influenced me in jump starting
my writing my first novel - a thriller with a twist. I thank them.
