Doc has given up on love. Pulling herself out of dating retirement for one last attempt, Doc soon discovers that her sarcastic Internet profile is about to lead her toward a life-changing weekend.

A Poem for What’s Her Name is the story of Doc’s humorous and clumsy journey with her newfound nameless muse.

Grayson Thomas was the typical college senior with typical friends, a typical job and typical insecurities about her future. One Sunday morning, Gray's life became a little less typical, she saw a man clad in black, and started doubting her own sanity. She initially regarded his presence as a figment of her imagination, but after he came into her home and started interrogating Gray about life's dilemmas, she realized that the man was not merely in her head, he was part of her past, present and demise. With the help of two doctors and a minister, Gray attempts to sort out the reason for the stranger's presence.
