Bailey is a writer in residence for the Mississippi Arts Commission. His
poetry has appeared in journals throughout the U.S., including The
Cortland Review, Exquisite Corpse, The Journal, and The Southeast
Review. Recently, he can be found dodging conservative briars in the
anthology Bend, Don't Shatter (soft skull press). He has forthcoming
work in the New York Quarterly and in the anthology Poetic Voices
Without Borders (Gival Press).
