Amato has been a teacher, editor, and writing coach since 1992,
conducting workshops in creative writing, publication, and performance,
as well as facilitated peer critique groups. Toni has had fiction
published in several anthologies, including Best Lesbian Erotica
1998-2001, and has performed extensively in Boston and New York, as well
as at Temple, Goddard, and Brandeis Universities; and was a recipient of
the 2000 LEF Fellowship and the 2001 Diana Korzenik Fellowship to the
Writers' Room of Boston.
